This is the best way to learn and improve your technical and physical skills. The sessions range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on one’s age and level. They can be conducted in public tennis centres or private residences.

You do not need to have any experience, just come and try. If you do not have a racquet, we will bring one for you.

We place high importance on the quality of the balls. We use pressurised balls instead of pressureless balls. The colour balls – red, orange and green dot – are carefully selected and often replaced.

For an adult beginner training in a 1 hour session, the physical workout will typically involve over 500 balls played, around 2km ran and 900 calories burnt.

We are flexible with the dates and time. You can practise between 7am to 10pm from Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays.

We have an extensive experience in booking public courts, giving you the best chance to have a slot. We never cancel our classes except for inclement weather.
