Early cancellation of lessons: more than 48H before class

• Private session, in public court: 10 SGD (Court booking fee)
• Private session, in residence or private court: Free of charge
• Group class: Free of charge

Late cancellation of lessons: less than 48H before class

• Private session: Full charge*
• Group class: Full charge

*Free of charge if another student takes over the slot

• 10H packages are valid 4 months from date of first class
• 20H packages are valid 7 months from date of first class
• 1H gift voucher is valid 3 months from date of receipt
• 3H gift voucher is valid 5 months from date of receipt
• 5H gift voucher is valid 6 months from date of receipt

In case of rain, your coach will make the decision and notify the player or parents at least 45 minutes before the class. Decision will be made based on the coach’s observation of the rain radar and weather forecasts.

If you do not receive any notification, the class is considered to proceed.
In case of rain during the lesson, you will pay in proportion to the time completed, rounded to the nearest ¼ hour. (i.e: rain hits at 34’, you will pay for 30 minutes; rain hits at 42’, you will pay for 45 minutes)

If the court is wet, we may not use pressurised or new balls exceptionally. Your coach will arrive earlier to squeeze out the puddles of water.

In case of cancellation due to haze, your coach will notify the player or parents at least 1 hour 30 minutes before the class.

Decision will be made 1 hour 30 minutes prior to the start of the class and will be based on the Singapore Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) readings provided by the National Environment Agency.

1-Hr PM2.5 µg/m3 Readings	Class Status
100 and above	Class will be cancelled. Players/parents will be notified.
75 – 100	Decision will be up to the players/parents. Players/parents will be notified. There will be no cancellation fees incurred should the players/parents wish to cancel.
Below 75	Class will proceed. Players/parents will not be notified. Cancellation fees, terms and conditions apply.

In public court: If the court is not available, we will advise you at least 5 days before the scheduled group or private class and try to arrange a make-up class at another time or in another facility, unless agreed otherwise.

In private residence: We will confirm your slot once you have confirmed that you have successfully booked your court. If you confirm the slot without checking your court availability, this will be at your own risk and cancellation conditions will apply. You are required to check your court availability before booking with us.

By booking a private class, a group session, a camp or by buying a gift voucher, you do hereby attest that your / your child’s / the beneficiary’s health condition do not show any counter-indication to the tennis activity. In case of accident, B. Tennis and other coaches and partners working in partnership with B. Tennis cannot be held responsible and exposed to pursuits.

By booking a private class, a group session, a camp or by buying a gift voucher, you do hereby accept that some pictures or videos of yourself, your child or the beneficiary can be taken and utilised on social media and for advertisement. If you disagree with this condition you must inform us when registering or by sending us an email.

B. Tennis and other coaches and partners working in partnership with B. Tennis cannot be held responsible for the loss of your/ your child’s/ the beneficiary’s belongings.

We do hereby attest that we will not disclose or share to third parties all your personal information.
